Promotion Rules

Nexfuse promotions, such as a prize for the best record on a FuseSlate, are run by FuseTek Labs, Inc. Apple, Google, Meta and X are not sponsors of any Nexfuse promotion and are not involved with it in any way.

No purchase necessary. Entering is free: make your picks on the promoted FuseSlate in the Nexfuse app before each game starts. A Nexfuse Pro subscription does not improve your chances. Nothing is staked and nothing is paid to enter.

You must be 18 or older and a legal resident of the 50 United States or Washington, D.C., where not prohibited by law. The founders of FuseTek Labs, Inc. can play but are not eligible to win a prize. One account per person.

The winner is the eligible entrant with the highest slate score, graded on official final results. Every winning pick scores points based on its odds at the time you made it, so a winning underdog scores more than a winning favorite. Ties are broken by the closest guess on the slate’s tiebreaker (for example, total points in the named game). If entrants are still tied, the prize is split equally.

Some promotions are run with a creator’s community and only count members who joined Nexfuse with that creator’s code. Those promotions follow these rules, with the prize and any minimum number of entrants stated in the promotion itself.

The prize for each promotion is the one stated in that promotion’s announcement, for example $25 and one free month of Nexfuse Pro. Cash prizes are sent by PayPal or Cash App within 7 days, after we confirm the winning Nexfuse account. We will only contact winners through the Nexfuse app or the official Nexfuse accounts, and we will never ask you to pay anything to receive a prize.

Prizes are not transferable. Winners are responsible for any taxes. If a winner is ineligible or does not respond within 7 days, the prize goes to the next eligible entrant.

We may disqualify entries from duplicate or fake accounts, or from anyone who tampers with a promotion. We may change or cancel a promotion if something outside our control affects it, such as a postponed game, and will say so on our official accounts.
