This Privacy Policy describes how FuseTek Labs, Inc. (“Nexfuse,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Information We Collect
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and profile information you choose to provide (display name, avatar, bio).
Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Services, including the features you use, picks you make, posts you create, and assets you add to your watchlist or portfolio.
Device Information. We collect information about your device, including device type, operating system, push notification tokens, and IP address.
Communications. If you contact us for support or other purposes, we collect the contents of your messages.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
- Create and manage your account
- Send push notifications for pick results, social interactions, and market alerts you have enabled
- Power the community feed, leaderboards, and social features
- Send transactional and service-related communications
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Information We Share
Public Profile. Your username, display name, avatar, pick history, and FuseScore are visible to other users as part of the core social experience.
Service Providers. We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the Services, including Supabase (database and authentication), Railway (cloud hosting), and Apple/Google (push notifications). These vendors are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nexfuse, our users, or others.
Business Transfers. If Nexfuse is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at info@fuseteklabs.com. We will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days of a verified deletion request, except where retention is required by law.
5. Push Notifications
With your permission, we send push notifications for pick results, price alerts, and social interactions. You can manage notification preferences at any time in the app Settings or in your device’s notification settings.
6. Analytics and Third-Party Services
We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Services. These tools may collect anonymized usage data. We do not use third-party advertising networks or sell data to advertisers.
7. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. 8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
