Privacy Policy

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and profile information you choose to provide (display name, avatar, bio).

Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Services, including the features you use, picks you make, posts you create, and assets you add to your watchlist or portfolio.

Device Information. We collect information about your device, including device type, operating system, push notification tokens, and IP address.

Communications. If you contact us for support or other purposes, we collect the contents of your messages.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
• Create and manage your account
• Send push notifications for pick results, social interactions, and market alerts you have enabled
• Power the community feed, leaderboards, and social features
• Send transactional and service-related communications
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Public Profile. Your username, display name, avatar, pick history, and FuseScore are visible to other users as part of the core social experience.

Service Providers. We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the Services, including Supabase (database and authentication), Railway (cloud hosting), Apple/Google (push notifications), and Anthropic (which analyzes the written reasoning you attach to your public picks so we can show you patterns in your own record). Anthropic does not use this content to train its models. These vendors are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nexfuse, our users, or others.

Business Transfers. If Nexfuse is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You can delete your account at any time from within the app — Profile → settings → Delete Account. See Delete Your Account for what is removed and what is retained. If you cannot access the app, contact info@fuseteklabs.com. We delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

With your permission, we send push notifications for pick results, price alerts, and social interactions. You can manage notification preferences at any time in the app Settings or in your device’s notification settings.

We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Services. These tools may collect anonymized usage data. We do not use third-party advertising networks or sell data to advertisers.

Insights. If you write reasoning alongside a pick, we may send that text to an AI service to label it with themes (for example “line value” or “recent form”). This is used only to show you patterns in your own betting record, such as how your picks perform when you cite one reason versus another. Only text you attach to a public pick is processed, never private messages or account details, and the result is visible only to you.

Nexfuse is operated from the United States, and our service providers — including Supabase, Railway, and Anthropic — store and process data in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from within the app, or by contacting info@fuseteklabs.com.

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@fuseteklabs.com.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@fuseteklabs.com. We will respond to verifiable requests within 30 days.

You can also:

• Update your profile information directly in the app
• Disable push notifications via device settings
• Delete your account in the app — Profile → settings → Delete Account

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and where required by law, by sending a notification through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
