Child Safety Standards

Nexfuse is rated for adults and is not directed to children. Users must be 18 or older to create an account. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to register or use Nexfuse.

Where we identify an account belonging to someone under 18, we terminate the account and delete the associated data.

The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account termination:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including generated, drawn, or edited imagery.
• Sexualization of a minor, including in text, imagery, usernames, profile content, or messages.
• Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to contact or arrange contact with a minor for sexual purposes.
• Trafficking or facilitating the exploitation of a minor.
• Linking to, advertising, requesting, or trading any of the above, on or off the platform.

These rules apply to every surface of Nexfuse: posts, comments, direct and group messages, profile information, uploaded images and video, and usernames.

• Adults-only registration, with an enforced age rating on both app stores.
• In-app reporting. Every post and every user profile can be reported from within the app by any signed-in user. Reports categorized as a child-safety concern are prioritized ahead of all other reports.
• User controls. Blocking and hiding are available on any account and take effect immediately.
• Human review. Reports are reviewed by our team. Content that violates these standards is removed and the responsible account is terminated.
• Preservation and referral. Where we become aware of apparent CSAM, we preserve the content and the associated account records, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, and to other national or regional authorities where required by law.
• No child-directed features or advertising. Nexfuse has no child-directed features, does not recommend accounts to minors, and does not serve interest-based advertising at all.

In the app: open the menu on any post or profile, choose Report, and select “Child safety concern.” These reports are logged immediately and prioritized for review.

By email: james@fuseteklabs.com — monitored for child-safety matters, including reports from people who do not have a Nexfuse account. Please include a link or username and a description.

Please do not attach or forward suspected CSAM to us by email. Report it directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org, and tell us where it appeared on Nexfuse so that we can remove it.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

FuseTek Labs, Inc. complies with applicable child safety and reporting laws in the jurisdictions where Nexfuse is available, including the reporting obligations of 18 U.S.C. § 2258A for U.S.-based providers. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and child-protection authorities.

We review these standards at least annually, and on any material change to Nexfuse. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
